ABOUT NANCY ELVIRA
Nancy Elvira is a native Ohioan, born and raised on the shores of Lake Erie.
Having always been obsessed with all things Cleveland - The Guardians, Cavs, Browns, Monsters, the unique neighborhoods, the lake - the list goes on, it only makes sense that she would write about Cleveland and the cast of characters who share her footprint.
Nancy draws her setting for the Edgewater series from her passion for the North Coast. Count Every Star, The Compass and the Rose and Whistler's Brother are all part of the continuing story.
Edgewater readers will find themselves on a wild ride, filled with intrigue and unexpected twists and turns, spread out over the generations. And, although the saga was deliberately written in reverse chronological order, all three books in the series can be read stand-alone or in any order - forward, backward or inside-out; you can't get lost!
But, oh ... if you read them in sequence ...
And the new series - The Compass Rose stories, a spin-off from Edgewater, has arrived, introduced by its debut story - Flying Turns, and a sequel is on the way.
When she's not writing, Nancy splits her free time between family and friends, photographing vintage architecture and getting to know the characters in her stories.
